The Ladies Guide to the Motor Car

The course is designed primarily for ladies. It covers not only the simple tasks like changing your tyres, wiper blades and fuses but also how a car actually works. This course will give a great foundation on knowing what to expect the next time your car goes in for a service and ensure that you are not exploited by rogue traders.

Course run by Dave & Jer Kealy.

Dave & Jer both have over 30 years of hands-on experience in the motor repair industry. As owners of Kealy Motors based in Sandyford Industrial Estate they service and repair all types of motor vehicles ranging from a Smart car to a Range Rover.


Aim:

To provide fundamental understanding of your motor vehice.


Our one hour course covers such topics as:

  • How your motor vehicle works
  • Identifying warning signals and lights
  • Preventative maintenance
  • Technical jargon explained.
  • Identify worn parts on your vehicle such as tyres, wiper blades, brake pads, discs etc
